I am moving out before the end of my contract and I need someone to take over! Both long and short-term lets are fine, but I need the new tenant to stay until Sept 19 at least. The room is a double bedroom, brightly lit, good location with excellent transport links. The other flatmates are really awesome, two young professionals from Spain and one from Germany. All bills including fast internet and a cleaner are included, which is an awesome price for zone 1. The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed with two mattresses, dresser, two shelves which I installed, and a wardrobe.
