We have a fully furnished cosy double room (4.1m x 2.0m) to let in a modern flat share in Aldgate East. The two-bedroom apartment is well kept and only 5-7 minutes walk from Aldgate East (District line and Hammersmith and City line) and Shadwell stations (Docklands Light Railway and Overground).

Its just 8 minutes walk to the Elizabethan line at Whitechapel.

The flat is has facilities such as dishwasher, washing machine, wireless Internet, robot vacuum for communal areas, TV/Free Sat, bath/shower, Balcony and central heating etc.

The bedroom has a double bed, a bedside cabinet, smart TV, desk and bedside lamp. There is a large floor to ceiling wardrobe, that in addition to hanging space has draws inside and mirrored doors.
This wardrobe has plenty of storage space. There is also space under the bed for plastic storage boxes and suitcases.

The neighbours are quiet and the flat is very well located, near shops, supermarkets and bus routes N15, 115, 135, N25.
It is also a short walk to brick lane for the trendy bars and crowds. Also there is a Pub and club in Limehouse not far away for those who want to have a drink and get social on the scene locally.

Its also a 10 minute walk to the Tower of London, St Katherine’s docks and Tower Bridge for lovely bars and restaurants.

It is a 10 minute tube ride into embankment from Aldgate East tube station, to get closer to soho in central London.

This room would preferably suit a gay guy who is considerate, clean, tidy, a non-smoker and looking for a nice quiet place to live.

The flat is completely non-smoking cigarettes inside, Vaping E-liquid inside the flat is fine.

There is a 24 hours Pure gym 7 mins walk from the flat, for those who like to workout.

The rent of £800pcm includes all bills. There is a returnable deposit of £600 required.

We are a couple in one bedroom and are both very clean and tidy. We are friendly and chatty and like watching movies. We are not party animals and tend to spend quiet evenings in, as we work Monday to Friday. We would like to find someone to take the second bedroom that is genuinely clean and tidy.

We are both considerate to others living here and we prefer to live with a considerate person and totally respect people have their own lives and adapt to the circumstances of others that come to live with us.
