available from May1st. 895 £ a month all bills included. The room is in excellent condition on the first floor of a three story townhouse, seconds from Brick Lane. We are looking for another guy to share with as One of us is moving out.

On the ground floor is a bathroom, laundry room with tumble dryer, kitchen with access to a lovely south facing garden. The middle floor consists of two bedrooms. Top floor has a second bathroom and two other bedrooms (one available ). The house benefits from loads of storage, if you have a bike for example, there is space for that. The room comes with a double bed, double wardrobes, chests of drawers.

We have an amazing outdoor space, with benches, hot tube and bbq, a very colourful and quiet garden for relax Time, particularly in summer.

The current flatmates are Hakim, Daniel and myself . We are pretty laid back and don't take things too seriously i. e. we are not going to be annoyed if you borrow some milk or drink one of our beers.
