The flat is completely refurbished to an extremely high standard and is sound proofed throughout. You will have full use of the lounge and kitchen. There is a downstairs bathroom and also an upstairs shower room, both of which you are free to use.

There is a garden which has recently been renovated and is fully usable and we have a cat (she found us) which I am mildly allergic to but she's worth it :)

Live in landlord is a professional working full time, twice a week in the city and the rest of the time from home. Other housemate works full time in a school.
