The house is fully furnished and well equipped with a large living room, large kitchen and a comfortable sized garden/patio area. Kitchen includes, dishwasher, washing machine, large double oven with 5 gas hobs. Microwave, large fridge freezer with plenty of cupboards.

There are plenty of local pubs and restaurants around the area and a large shopping centre in Wood Green.

Transport:
Situated in between both Wood Green and Bounds Green Station less than 10 mins walk either way.
Alexandra Palace overground station is only 5 mins walk away. (20 mins to Moorgate)

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 housemates. You will only be sharing the bathroom on the first floor with 1 other.

The room is bright and airey with plently of storage. It comes with wardrobe, chest of drawers, full length mirror and bedside table. Full super fibre broadband included with boosters on each floor.

We are very easy going, friendly and sociable. We do all have our own social lives and are quite busy during the week but are happy to share a bottle of wine/few beers and watch a movie occasionally. we also have a friendly cat called Noah :)
