A lovely quiet double room available to rent in a recently renovated maisonette. Flat is in a quiet location and has even had sound proofing fitted just to add to the peace and quiet :)

One live in landlord (male) and one male tenant currently live in the property. We would prefer a female to move in as we are replacing another female who is moving out and we like the balance. There is also a female cat to complete the balance :)

Property has a large bathroom as well as a shower room and you will also have full use of the kitchen and lounge. There is also a garden which is very good for neighbourly bbq's in the summer. All kitchen utensils are also provided, you just need to bring yourself, your clothes and your bed sheets :)

Room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is actually bigger than it looks in the picture, it is a full size double bed, it’s just difficult to get a decent angle to take a picture.

Property is a 10 minute walk to Alexandra Palace Station which goes straight into Finsbury / Highbury & Islington / Moorgate, and a 12 minute walk to Bounds Green Tube Station on the Piccadilly Line which also runs the night tube. Both stations are Zone 3.

Room is available from 1st August. Price does not include bills which are £100 - £150 a month and include electricity, water, gas, council tax, fast internet, TV license and a cleaner twice a month.
