Hey everyone! There are two fully furnished rooms in our recently refurbished 3 bedroom flat (Feb 2023) situated in front of Alexandra Palace (Zone 3), close to Wood Green Tube Station on the Piccadilly line and Alexandra Palace train station. Ready for move-in on August 24, 2024.

Both room are for couples (or individuals) at £1200 (Room 1), and £1350(Room 2) monthly rent, so £600(Room 1) and £675(Room 2) each for a couple.

🚿 Each room has its own bathroom, and there's a separate W/C for guests.

We have a huge living room/kitchen area with a dishwasher and a really massive backyard. Plus, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

🚉 15-minute walk to Wood Green Piccadilly Line 🚇.
Quick 7 minutes' walk to Alexandra Palace Station, connecting you to Finsbury Park in 5-10 minutes and Old St & Moorgate in 20 minutes. Alexandra Palace Gardens is behind us, providing quick access to gigs and events!
A bit about me —I’m a 25 year old Psych grad from Hungary🇭🇺, working as a volunteer coordinator for an LGBTQ+ charity. In my spare time I love running, socialising with friends, travelling and reading.

🏡 The landlord, as per their policy, doesn't accept housing benefits, unfortunately, due to insufficient Local Housing Allowance rates in the area. Additionally, the landlord, sadly, won't allow students but they can have advised they can be more flexible if it’s a couple, one of whom is working.

📋 To secure the room, the landlord asks for:
- Passport/right to rent shared code
- 3 months payslips
- 3 months bank statement
- Contact details for work reference
- Contact details for landlord reference
The landlord will email a personal form that they also need to be completed.

🎈 While we host occasional gatherings, it's not a party house, sorry!
Our nearby landlord is easily reachable if needed which is great.
Bills are around £100 on average, and cleaner cost is £9-12 a month.
You would be signing a 12-month lease with a 6-month break clause starting on August 24, 2024.
It’s a super flexible lease where you can pay £50 at any point to replace yourself with another person should you need to move on.
Deposit is £785 per person each which is 5 weeks rent for the total flat divided by 5 people.

🌈 Regarding accessibility, there are approximately six steps leading to the main entrance door, with an additional step within the apartment hallway. If you have specific accessibility needs or concerns, feel free to discuss them, and I’ll do my best to address and accommodate accordingly.
