Looking for a flatmate

Hello! We are a group of three friends looking for a fourth housemate to share our home. Ideally, we’d like to find a woman or someone from the LGTBIQ+ community.

We consider ourselves a group of creative individuals working in the fashion, interior design, and other artistic fields. We are all 23 years old and love socializing. We are very tidy and enjoy inviting friends over for cozy dinners and drinks. Additionally, we love movie nights, playing cards, and enjoying board games, creating a warm and fun atmosphere.

About the House
The house is located in a residential neighborhood, ensuring a quiet environment without noisy disturbances at night. We are just 7 minutes from Bounds Green station (Piccadilly line) and 10 minutes from Bounds Green and Alexandra Palace train stations. Also, a Tesco is only a 7-minute walk away, and there are several lovely local pubs in the area.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: one full bathroom, another with just a toilet, and a separate shower room. We have a super spacious kitchen and a very cozy living room. There's also a huge, green garden, perfect for enjoying moments outdoors.

About the Room
The room we are renting is large and very bright, fully equipped to make you feel at home. The price of the room is £700 per month, excluding bills and council tax. The contract runs from January to July, with the option to renew for another year if you wish.

The only requirement is that you have a UK guarantor or are willing to pay six months upfront.
