Roommate wanted!

Our roommate has moved back home so looking for a new roomie to replace her! Double room available in a big 4 bed house in Bounds/Wood Green. 10 min walk to Bounds Green and Wood Green underground stations and Alexandra Palace overground station! Also lots of buses nearby. Wood Green high street is also 10 mins away with lots of shops including Morrisons, Boots, Primark etc, also several Tesco expresses less than 10 mins from the house.

The room has been freshly painted and is cosy and south facing so gets a nice bit of sun! Bathroom is next door with a toilet and shower - the rest of the girls live upstairs so basically your own ensuite! :) Upstairs there is another toilet and a bathtub.

The room has a small wardrobe and chest of drawers but there is space outside the room to store more if needed.

Our living/kitchen area is v spacious and modern. We have a washer/dryer but the dryer isn’t great so we usually use the airer. There’s also a garage so we can store a bit of stuff if necessary, a garden and a balcony.

You’ll be living with 3 girls in their mid twenties. We’re very chilled, spend most nights watching TV together and like the occasional night out (but we also have our own lives/friends so aren’t on top of each other 24/7)!

Our roommate has already moved out so looking for someone asap. Bills aren’t included and are usually about £100/150 plus council tax which is approx £85pm. Also, there is a deposit of 5 weeks rent which spareroom wouldn't let us add in the description.

The lease is pretty flexible, it can either be 6 months or a year which we can discuss more if you're viewing :)
