Room in 2 bed/2 bath property

Hi,

I am moving to the states at the end of January and am hoping to find someone to sublet my room to. It's a spacious double bedroom with it's own balcony and bathroom.
The flat is on the first floor with great neighbours above and below. But the biggest plus is the amazing flatmate you gain who you share a living/dining room and kitchen with.
The property has a fully functioning kitchen and a parking permit can be obtained from the council. There is no parking spot allocated to the flat directly but plenty bays available out front. If you are not driving, the flat is only a 6min walk away from Alexandra Palace station and about 8min walk to Wood Green station, giving access to train and tube networks.
Rental price includes base rent, water, internet and council tax. Excluded are gas and electricity which are billed monthly.

Our rental contract renews at the end of April and ideally we would find someone who would consider continuing the flatshare after the 3 months but no must.
The furniture currently in the room will come with me but if necessary, I am happy to provide a bed frame and desk for someone subletting the room from me.
