We’re looking for a female to take over the tenancy agreement for a lovely double room in a calm and welcoming 2-bed flat in Wood Green. This is an official contract replacement, handled through the agency and landlord, with the possibility to extend the lease beyond the current term.
Although Wood Green is known for its busy high street, this flat is in a much quieter part of the area — closer to Alexandra Palace Park, with lots of green spaces and peaceful walking routes nearby.
One of my favourite walks starts right outside the flat and takes you through Alexandra Palace Park all the way to Highgate Woods, ending at a beautiful woodland café. The neighbourhood is full of charming Victorian family homes and has a really peaceful vibe — a hidden gem in North London.
You’ll be sharing with one flatmate (30, interior designer, full-time working) and her two sweet cats, Moon and Queen — so a love for animals is definitely a plus! (She is fully responsible for both cats.)
