Double Bedroom - Short walk from Alexandra Palace

Hi - I would like to welcome somebody to my flat.

I have lived here for the past 4 years, it is a lovely neighbourhood. I live above the Park Inn Pub so it can get a little noisy on Gig nights at Alexandra Palace so please bare this in mind when booking.

You are a short 15 minute walk away from Wood Green, 5 minutes from Alexandra Palace. With great transport links. The Overground at Alexandra Palace will take you to Finsbury Park, Highbury and Islington and Moorgate.

I live with my French Bulldog Hugo part of the year. From September he will be with my parents until November.

You will have full access to the flat including my large roof terrace.

All bills included.

Please note that this is my home that you will be coming to. My current housemate who has been with me for the past 3 years will be moving out in September. The room will be cleared of all personal belongings and cleaned before anyone moves in. All living furniture will be included
