Looking for a buddy for a gorgeous 2-bed flat near

Hi! I’m Amy, 23, and I’m looking for the right person to buddy up with me for a really gorgeous 2-bed, 2-bath flat near Alexandra Palace. I’ve already viewed the flat and I just need someone who’d be keen to go for it together.

The flat is a split-level, top-floor period conversion on a quiet, leafy suburban road. It’s about a 6-minute walk to Alexandra Palace station and around 7 minutes to Wood Green.

There’s a big open-plan living room/kitchen (already has a sofa), one bedroom upstairs with an en-suite and a balcony, and a second double bedroom with a separate bathroom. It’s partly furnished, but the landlord is flexible if we want to change things. Rent is £2,050 total (£1,025 per person) plus bills, with a move-in in February 2026.

A bit about me: I’m 23, work in a creative role in central London with hybrid working. I’m very tidy, easygoing, and love cooking (I have lots of kitchen gadgets), watching TV in the evenings, musical theatre, pub quizzes and the occasional pub trip. Queer-friendly and Non-smoker.

I’m ideally looking for someone aged around 23–26, professional (around £35k+), non-smoker, very clean and respectful of shared spaces, and looking for a friendly, calm home rather than a party house.
