Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in the lovely large double in a 2bed in Ally Pally.
Move in date: Ideally looking for someone to move in mid Feb - but fairly flexible, so can be sooner or later. Contract is currently until June but can be extended.
Rent: £810 & bills approx £170 give or take.
Furnishing: there’s a chest of drawers and a clothes cupboard as well as the beautiful green cupboard. I could also leave my bed if needed.
Nearest station: Alexandra Palace (less than 5 mins walk)
Underground: Wood Green Piccadilly line (10/15 mins walk)
Shop: big Morrisons 10 mins, off licences nearby.
You'd be sharing with the lovely Macadie- she’s an actor/writer/director 🎭 She likes to keep the place very clean, so looking for someone like minded in that sense.
