Looking for someone friendly to join our flat as I’m sadly moving out. You would be joining my two existing flatmates - 1 male and 1 female who work within the heritage/events sector.
Ideally looking for a female professional in their mid-late 20’s. It’s a very friendly and relaxed flat - we enjoy catching up and popping to the pub, but also everyone enjoys their own time. It’s a clean and tidy flat, so looking for someone to match. LGBT+ friendly.
Area
The flat is very close to Alexandra Palace park with lovely views of London. A 2 minute walk to Alexandra Palace train station (trains into Moorgate) and a 10 minute walk to Wood Green tube station so very well connected!

The room is available from 14th March (you would need to sign a contract starting from this date). The landlord will request references checks.
