Double room in bright, spacious house

Double room available in a bright, spacious house just a 5-minute walk from Alexandra Palace Station.

I'm looking for someone to move in early September, exact date tbc though I can be reasonably flexible.

The room comes with two huge built-in wardrobes, a bed frame and a good-quality mattress that's only around a year old. I'm looking for a contribution towards the cost of the mattress.

It’s a really lovely, spacious house with lots of natural light and plenty of room to relax:

•Tall ceilings and large windows
•Large kitchen/diner with bifold doors opening onto the garden
•Garden with patio and sun loungers — great for summer
•Separate lounge with TV
•Small shared office room
•Bath/shower shared with 2 other people
•Additional small second toilet
•Loads of storage, including a shed

£918 per month including rent and bills (£750 rent + bills), including a cleaner every two weeks for communal areas.

👋 The housemates

You’d be living with 3 girls in their mid-late twenties.

We’re looking for someone who will fit into the existing chilled and social atmosphere of the house. Everyone has busy lives, but we also enjoy hanging out, watching TV together and having a catch-up after work.

It’s sociable without being a party house, and we’re looking for someone who’d like the house to feel like a home rather than just a place to sleep.

The house is in a quiet residential street just a 5-minute walk from Alexandra Palace Station, with really easy access to both transport and green space.

•5-minute walk to Alexandra Palace Station – direct trains into King's Cross and Moorgate
•Around 10-minute walk to Wood Green Tube (Piccadilly Line)
•Lots of bus routes and stops nearby
