The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The house has white sanitary ware, gas fired central heating, an electric gated entrance, mains wired smoke detectors and double glazed windows.

- The location is 10 mins walk from Bounds Green and Wood Green tube station which takes 18 mins to Leicester Square on Piccadilly line. Also just 10 mins away are the railway stations Alexandra Palace and Bowes Park. The trains from there take 18 mins to Moorgate. There are several buses go directly to central London, including 24/7 night bus N29 (to Leicester square).
