Hi! We are a friendly and welcoming family looking for a lodger.
I have two daughters aged 15 and 20 (at uni) and two cats. We're all quite independent and do our own thing but also enjoy spending time together.
I am a freelance violinist and music teacher and also a qualified pilates teacher.

We are looking for a friendly professional or student to join our household. Possibility of reduced rent in return for occasional child minding.

We are offering a large double room with its own bathroom, it's not an ensuite but is next door along the hallway.

All bills are included in the rent except council tax - £95 per month. Full time students are exempt from council tax.

The house is split into two flats and is comprised of four bedrooms, two sitting rooms, three bathrooms and a garden.

Downstairs flat has a double bedroom with a double wardrobe and large chest of drawers. A sitting room with a sofa bed.
Modern bathroom (bath/shower).
Open plan kitchen/dining room containing round dining table with 5 chairs + washing machine.

Located between Muswell Hill and Wood Green.
5 mins walk to Alexandra Palace station.
15 mins walk (5 mins bus) to Wood Green tube.

Great local shops - Crescent Supermarket as well as Indian, Italian, Fish and Chips and Turkish takeaways less than a minute away.

5 minutes walk to Alexandra Park, Haringey, with its boating lake, mini golf course and Alexandra Palace with its ice rink, restaurant, bar and spectacular views over London.
