I have a single room available Mon-Fri for non smoking professional in my 1st floor flat. Perfect for professional that needs a weekday crashpad in North London. The room is available from about Nov. 11. It is a medium, single room (not a large room, but on the large side for a small room) on Alexandra Park Rd N22 / N10. The room is basicly furnished with bed, wardrobe, your own fridge freezer and oven with hotplates. There is a large shared bathroom with shower. The front room has a shared kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.

The house has v good transport links to the city and centre of London.
5min bus/15min walk to Bounds Green tube (Picadilly line) .
5 min/10min bus to Alexandra Palace overground (Old street / Moorgate).
10min walk to 134 / 43 bus stop direct to Camden, Tott Ct. Rd / Moorgate.

The flat has wireless internet, washing machine, on street parking. All amenities right at door: Grocery shop / mini supermarket, Fish n chips / curry / chinese take away, bakery, newsagent, chemist, cafe, delicatesssen, library. Just a couple of houses away is a highly regarded gastro pub favoured by the locals. A pleasant walk away is Alexandra Palace, its park and pond, Muswell Hill village with cafes, restaurants, bars and shops.

I am a non-smoker work at home professional man, (IT). I am very considerate, friendly and quiet and I'm looking for a non-smoking professional 25-50, in full time 9-5 style employment during the week.
