Description
Hello fellow spare room mates!
**My male flatmate is the one moving out**
My flatmate after 3 years (who i met on Spareroom) has decided on moving out due to change of personal circumstances on August 3rd.
I've stayed in the apartment for a little over a year now, planning to stay on till the foreseable future. I'm looking for a female flatmate to move in.
Location:
The aparment is less than a minute away from Langdon Park Station. Ideal if you work in Canary Wharf but also perfect for Central London. Bank Station is just 12 mins by DLR.
The Space:
Beautiful double room, huge living room, you get your own massive bath, share great kitchen amenities (dishwasher, airfryer, spices, utensils if you so wish). The open plan of the living room makes it such a lovely space to unwind. There is a storage unit too. The balcony extends through the whole apartment, meaning one whole side of the flat is the balcony. Please note, from the video you can see that the balcony view is restricted by cladding works which started in January. It will end by the middle of August so you are moving in just at the perfect time. The cladding company is contract by the building owners that ensure works are completed by the agreed date. I have personally not had any major issues with the cladding works. It happens from 8am to 4 pm on weekdays only. I typically go into my office 3 days a week anyway. I've made a video to be fully transparent of the works can send it upon request. In all honesty, it has not bothered me.
Bills:
Rent shown does not include bills. wifi is 40 £.Council tax is 140 £. Electricity/hot water typically 50 -60£. All bills are split equally. Typically your share would be 120 - 130£.
A little bit about me:
I'm a 28 year old female Indian, been in the UK for 5 years now. I work at a bank in central London. I love meeting new people, taking long walks and generally known to be the "deep" conversationalist by my friends. I'm really open minded, and keen to live with someone who is too. I don't generally have guests over often, but if I do, you would be told about it atleast a week ahead (but i'm not too strict on it) I just happen to like my calendar planned. I'm clean, considerate and want my home to be my safe space where I can be my authentic self without second thoughts.
