This is a lovely 2bed 2bath property situated a stones throw away from Langdon Park DLR! We have a spacious living room and a balcony with fab views. It is such an ideal commute for anyone working in Canary Wharf or the city.

Your room will be a double bedroom and you will have your own bathroom with a bathtub and huge cabinets.

Since this is a new build the bills are not too much.
£80 council tax
~£100 other bills(wifi, water, heating, energy)

You will also have access to a lovely fully equipped gym and a residents lounge on the 22nd floor where they host communal events! (Great place for social folks to make friends)

About me:

Im a 26 year old software developer working in Canary Wharf. I work hybridly with a couple of days at home and the rest of the time in office.
Im very easy going and love to have a nice bond with my flatmate and occasionally chill together, watch tv, have dinners etc, but am also super respectful of each others spaces.

I would like to share with someone who is similar and wants to make the place feel like a home :)
