Flatmate Wanted - Well Connected Area!

Hi !

We have happily lived in this flat for 2 years now and as our 3rd flatmate will move back to her home country, we are looking for someone who would move in from February 1st onwards. You would take over her lease which is until the 31st of August with a potential renewal. We are looking for a clean and respectful person to take over her room and join our lovely household. We like to be social when we can, but also respect each other's space and privacy. We love a glass of wine, netflix, cheese, a night out dancing and lazy days :-)

The flat is very well connected, Located 1 min from all saints DLR and 10 min from the blackwall DLR which can take you to the elizabeth or jubilee line (Canary Wharf) or Central Line (Bank). It's a 15 min walk to canary wharf. There is also a park, Nisa local, Spar, Boots, Iceland and Tesco's a 5 min walk away.

The room itself is furnished, spacious and contains a lot of natural light. The room is warm, well isolated and comes with a double bed, desk, set of drawers, mirror and built in wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equiped with all amenities. we have also have a big fridge and freezer and a washing machine.
