Flatmate Wanted - Well Connected Area!

Hi !

We have happily lived in this flat for 2 years now and as our 3rd flatmate will be leaving for a work opportunity elsewhere, we are looking for someone to take over her room from Sept 1st onwards. We are looking for a clean and respectful person to take over her room and join our lovely household. We like to be social when we can, but also respect each other's space and privacy. We love a glass of wine, netflix, cheese, a night out dancing and lazy days :-)

The flat is very well connected, Located 1 min from all saints DLR and 10 min from the blackwall DLR which can take you to the elizabeth or jubilee line (Canary Wharf) or Central Line (Bank). It's a 15 min walk to canary wharf. There is also a park, Nisa local, Spar, Boots, Iceland and Tesco's a 5 min walk away.

The room itself is furnished, spacious and contains a lot of natural light. The room is warm, well isolated and comes with a double bed, desk, set of drawers, mirror and built in wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equiped with all amenities. we have also have a big fridge and freezer and a washing machine.
