Looking for an extremely easy-going person, ideally a top dedicated student who want to study - no parties, load music, etc.

I offer peace and quiet. I expect the same.
I travel a lot, and spend days away.

£1200 two people or short-term let.

As the landlord, the house is kept in a perfect condition.

Room available from middle to end of January.
No living room but kitchen with table and garden.
