Hi! Me and my flatmate are subletting out flat from the 2nd until the 19th of August. It will be after our move out, therefore the flat will be partially furnished. Ideal for someone looking for a short stay in London! Here there are some more details:

• Entire flat (both bedrooms),
• Furnished: sofa, chairs, tables and mattresses all included. Cushions available too if needed. No TV.
• Bright, modern building on the 12th floor
• Building amenities: private cinema room, small gym, yoga room, and a conference room (great if you work from home)

Location:

• 5 min walk to All Saints DLR
• 7 min walk to Langdon Park DLR
• 10 min walk to Blackwall DLR
• 20 min walk to Canary Wharf
• Three DLR stations within easy reach

Move-out day (19 August): keys must be handed back to the current tenant on this date. We’re happy to offer a discount if you’re willing to do the final DEEP clean yourselves that day, if you’re looking to save a bit.

Requirements: looking for reliable, respectful tenants only. References and photo ID preferred. The final price of 1650£ + 100£ of deposit for the entire stay (2nd-19th of August) needs to be made entirely on the move in date. On that day we will meet in person and we will give you the keys the moment that we receive the payment. Should be a win win for everyone!
