Bright double room available for a short let, ideal if you’ve just landed in London and need a base while you flat hunt.

Dates: 2–19 August. Full three weeks preferred, but weekly bookings welcome too.

Room: furnished, bed and mattress included. Cushions available on request.

Flat: bright, modern, 12th floor. Building includes:

• Small gym and yoga room
• Conference room
• Bike storage
• No air conditioning

Location:

• 5 min walk to All Saints DLR
• 7 min walk to Langdon Park DLR
• 10 min walk to Blackwall DLR
• 20 min to Canary Wharf

Payment & keys: full payment required upfront, in person, at which point the keys will be handed over.

Requirements: reliable tenant, references and photo ID appreciated. Move-out 19 August happy to offer a small discount if you’re willing to help with the final deep clean that day.
