Short term double room in Angel/Old St

Hello lovely people!

I have a double bedroom available in my flat located near beautiful Regents canal in Angel. The room is offered on a short term basis. I can be flexible but could do up to 3 months (shorter let also considered).

The flat is in a very popular new development which is near a great number of restaurants, cosy cafes and fun bars. If you have a bike - there’s secure bicycle storage in the building and there's also car parking.

I live with a lovely housemate from Ukraine. She is very tidy, respectful, quiet - overall a very lovely roommate. She is the only human you will share with. In addition, we also have one well behaved cat and I would ideally like someone who likes cats and would not min him being around. I also have a cat sitter, so no full responsibility.

Location:

Walking distance
- 7 minutes to Angel station
- 10 min to Old Street
- 7 min to Essex Road
- Shoreditch and Kings Cross are approx 20 min
- the city is about 25-30 min walk.

The room:

- one double bed, chests of draws, nightstand a large cupboard.
- brand new carpet and a gorgeous view of London!
- floor to ceiling windows, facing a direction from where you get the most stunning sunsets without being blocked by any trees or buildings.

Living room:

- fully equipped large kitchen with a washer, dryer, dishwasher.
- large balcony with a nice seating area and a lovely view
- big 4k TV

As this is my own place, I would prefer a really tidy, respectful, quiet and independent female. Common sense and being mindful of others is so important!
