Description
I'm leaving my room in Angel at this beautiful and well located maisonate. Lisa my flatmate (28 years old) is a very kind American accountant and will be staying in the flat. We're available for video viewing.
The bedroom opens directly onto garden. The bedroom is furnished with a single bed that extends to double bed (matttress too) as well as a bedside table and a good wardrobe.
I'm happy to rent for 7 days a week, or Mon-Fri. The contract is available until the 28th July with possibility to extend.

Duplex maisonette with small private garden on a quiet tree-lined street tucked off City Road. 6 minutes’ walk from Angel Islington and bustling Upper Street and Essex Street, 10 minutes to Old Street and Hoxton, 10 minutes from Sadler’s Wells Theatre, and around the corner from the Regent’s Canal and Islington’s lovely canal walk.
The upper floor, set just above street level, has a good-sized (267 sq ft) southwest-facing living/dining room with original wood floors, and galley kitchen that overlooks the back patio garden (which you will have sole use of). High ceilings, large sash windows, peaceful space. Original wood staircase leads down to two bedrooms on the garden floor plus bathroom and washer/dryer. The front (master) bedroom is partially below street level but gets light due to the "well" between the front wall of the house and the street. Floorplan provided.
Convenient to all major supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Marks and Spencer), Screen Cinema and Islington Green, and the shopping, restaurants and bars of the Islington High Street area. 15 minutes north of the Barbican, 20 minutes from the Museum of London.
