These superb lodgings include:

- a very spacious comfortable room
- sole use of the kitchen in the evenings
- access to a beautiful garden and
- a private gym

are available for 2 pre-agreed consecutive nights per week "on the same nights every week" in return for £500 pcm.

Alternatively, if you need more flexibility and/or need to stay more nights then up to 4 nights is possible as follows:

* same 3 consecutive nights every week - £700 pcm
* same 4 consecutive nights every week - £850 pcm

There is some flexibility as Friday and Sunday nights might also be possible if you need to work in London on Mondays or Fridays (up to a maximum of 4 consecutive nights per week, same 4 nights every week).

Ideal for someone who has a home life outside London, needs to come to London to work from the office in London during the week and has an organised and settled work routine and travel routine to and from London at the beginning and end of every week.

Although these lodgings will "feel like" home for the pre-agreed number of nights every week, this arrangement is not suitable or practical for use as a main or only home.

The double height ceilings and huge windows create a light, bright and spacious airy feel throughout this historic building.

Room 1 is very spacious, well-furnished double room (approx 4 x 4 metres) overlooking the famous Sadler's Wells Theatre and the tree-lined Rosebery Avenue.

There is a double bed, a double wardrobe where you can leave your belongings and bedding when you are not here, a tub chair, a coffee table as well as a small table and two stools.

You will have sole use of the kitchen and washing machine in the evenings.

There is also a private garden and a well-equipped private gym suitable for a full body work-out.

These lodgings are in the resident Landlord's home.
