There are two fully furnished double bedrooms and each benefits from a separate private bathroom and kitchen area for your sole use.

Room 1 (£1,225) is the largest. There is a bedroom and an adjoining separate kitchen and dining area, featured in the photos. There is also a bar table with two bar stools in the kitchen and a tub chair in the bedroom. The double mattress is new. There is lots of storage space.

Room 2 (£1,100) is smaller yet spacious, fully furnished and decorated to the same high standard and specification. There is a wing back arm chair, a double bed with a new mattress and ample storage space. Viewing is recommended to fully appreciate this space (not featured in the photos).

Bills included: Council tax, water, TV licence, concierge service, private gym, private garden, bike storage.

Bills not included: Electricity (hot water and heating), internet (you will need to make your own arrangements with a mobile internet service provider).

These lodgings are not suitable for couples, overnight guests, smokers, homeworkers or for use as an office.

The initial lodging term is 5 months and an extension is possible but subject to negotiation.
