Double Room Angel - Male Professional Wanted

I will sadly be leaving a great 4-storey terrace house in a quiet cul de sac in Angel. I am therefore looking for an easy going professional male of similar age to take over my room and go on the lease with the others.

The room is not the biggest but has a double bed and large wardrobe with enough room for everything you need. The room is extremely well lit with a floor to ceiling, wall to wall window at one end, and for the price, it will be very hard to find anything that beats it in the area.

Nice modern shared bathroom, open plan living room and kitchen on the ground floor as well as small outdoor area great for socialising in summer.

The housemates are a great collection of the best of what London offers. All professionals - in TV, finance and running their own business, they are busy but never too busy for a glass of wine and a good chat. Everyone takes an interest in each others life and while everyone has their own thing on we also find time to hang out together.

The location is 4 minutes walk from Angel tube station and the buzzing upper street and a 15 minute walk from old street station. Plenty of bus options into the city minutes away too.
The best of central / east London is right at your door.

The room is available from Sunday March 3, but we are flexible with the move in date. As most places in London , there is a fee for adding your name to the lease.
