Large Double Bedroom in Modern House by the Canal

We are a couple who are working professionals in the entertainment and film industry and looking for a flatmate to share our amazing house.

Our house has three floors as below;
- Ground Floor - Kitchen, Bedroom and Ensuite Bathroom
- First Floor - Shared Living Room (Facing to the Angel Canal)
- Second Floor - Terrace (Our BBQ Space) :)

Location
- 9 Mins Walk to Angel Tube Station
- 2 Mins Walk to Bus Station
- 5 Mins to Shoreditch by bike or 15 mins walk
- Located between cool pubs and groceries (Tesco and Co-op)

We are looking for a person to share the house who is easy going, good humor and tidy as a working professional.

Ps. We have a year old golden retriever, he is very quiet and basically a couch potato already. Our housemate needs to be a dog lover.
