Bright two bedroom flat set back on a quiet and desirable street behind Angel station (3 min walk). The flat is on the second floor (top) of this purpose built block and is flooded with natural light. The flat has a large double bedroom, an open plan living room, South-facing balcony and bathroom. Just a short walk from bars and restaurants of Islington.

That's what the estate agent wrote about it but take my word for it, it's a really nice place! There's plenty of storage space in the bedroom (large cupboard with 4 doors and drawers, 2 shelves and space under the bed) and the shared living space is spacious too. The kitchen is very well decked out with pots, pans, plates and all the rest so you won’t need to buy any of that.

Bills are £150.50/month which covers great wifi, gas, electricity, council tax, TV license and water.

I’m a teacher so I’ll be at work during the day. I’d prefer to live with someone who is also out during the day. I’m a live-in landlord so there’s no one else to deal with.
