Deposit - £800 deposit. Once moved in - rent advance until the first of the next month. Then monthly rent to be paid in advance on the 1st of every month.

All bills included - This includes 200MB super fast unlimited broadband, gas, electric, council tax, water etc. Professional Cleaning team every 2 weeks.
