We're looking for a new flatmate to join our 3 bedroom flat in the heart of Angel
The flat comes fully furnished with each room having a double bed, draws and wardrobe. We communally share the kitchen, lounge, one toilet and separate shower.
We are conveniently located near the shops (supermarket, clothing, bars, restaurants) and about a 7 minute walk to Angel station. Right by the canal, you can walk to Shoreditch, Hoxton, Clerkenwell and Kings Cross in about 20-30 minutes.
We're looking for someone who we can get along with, have the occasional Sunday roast together and a good laugh, but equally enjoys a bit of time to do their own thing.
The room is available from the 1st of December, council tax is include and then additional bills comes to about £60-70 per month. You will have to pay admin fee of £150 + one month deposit before joining.
