I am delighted to offer a bright single room with plenty of storage and a comfortable bed. The flat is set between Angel and Old Street station.

Beautiful, airy, long windows in the living room and in each room, making it very lit. Fully furnished with bed, mattresses and lots of storage in the rooms, an opened kitchen fully equipped, a beautiful balcony to enjoy the sunny days and a wide and cosy living room which invites you to chill out.

[LOCATION]
The location is phenomenal, 10-15 min walk to Old-street, 2 bus stops to Highbury/Islington, 12 mins walk to Angel station, 7 mins walk to Upper Street which is full of restaurants, cafes, pubs and convenience/grocery stores. There’s a Sainsburys, CoOp, Waitrose/Tesco Express, shopping mall, banks within the area.
If you are a sports person you got 60min slow-walking beside the canal to Victoria Park.

[Important things to know]

All Utilities included less gas which is around £10monthlu, there is an 11pm-8am rule where is important to minimize noises between those times in order to cater to everyone routine, schedules and make sure everyone gets the rest they need.
It is important to keep the common areas tidy on a day to day basis.
