Flexible Sublet - Amazing Angel Loft

My girlfriend and I are regrettably stuck in Australia due to lockdowns, so our room is available for sublet for the next 6 months (we can be flexible in time period depending on your requirements)

The room available is the biggest in the flat, with a king bed and en-suite. It is a dream room in a dream house (we might be biased!) and we are sure that you will love it too. The bedroom and flat are fully furnished.

The flat is 7 mins walk from Angel station and 12 from Islington. Less than 5 minute walk to St Mary’s bus stop on upper street.

We pay £1,500 per month, however the rent is negotiable for the right person/people.

The flat itself is a converted dance studio - the whole thing (including communal spaces such as living room and kitchen) is incredibly spacious, warm and filled with natural light.

The available room has;
- built in en-suite
- huge windows that flood with natural light
- 2x wardrobe hanging space
- 2x very large sets of draws
- a TV, fan and heaps of storage space
- a ‘loft’ style set up to maximise floor space, meaning there is a lot of room for clothes / belongings and then a small climb up some stairs to access the bed.

You will be sharing the flat with Harry who is a software engineer working from home at the moment, plus Ruari & Ella who are a lovely Scottish couple that will be in between Scotland and London depending on travel restrictions etc. They are all very kind, fun and sociable, enjoy cooking and communal activities such as board games - but happy to have time to themselves (which is ever so important in such times of confinement)

There is a convenience store next door and plenty of supermarkets within walking distance.

With so much space and such great facilities, the flat + room are a perfect place for solo or couple.

We are flexible on the rent price, just looking for the right person/people to fill the space that will get a long with the existing flatmates!
