I have to move out of my flat with my partner. The flat is cute and cosy situated in a very safe building which also has a dance/yoga studio for the tenants to use.(for free) The building is beetween angel and Highbury/Islington Station. We have a spacious living room/dinning area, a normal size kitchen, a tiny bathroom I must say but the cabin shower is really big. The room itself is not very big but it's not a shoe box either. Perfect cosy size with a lot of lights. The rent is 610 per person all incl(we are looking for a couple to replace us as my current flatmate doesnt want to pay more than what we pay now. Contract for the flat is 1700+130 for the third person so 610 each per month. Let me know if you have any questions
