We’re looking for two housemates to take over the lease at our excellent top floor flat in Angel which we’re unfortunately having to leave in January.

The Crib
The place is a two bedroom, one bathroom (with separate toilet) flat on the top floor on a super quiet residential street. We’ve got a pretty modern kitchen and bathroom, and a well lit open plan kitchen and living space which is the best part of the place, great for chilling, cooking and entertaining.

The Bedrooms
The flat has two pretty equal sized bedrooms, both big enough for double beds (included) and desks (can be included if needed). Both have two generous built in wardrobes with plenty of storage. Both rooms are carpeted with large radiators and the whole house has new double glazed windows.

Transport
We are a close walk to Angel (<5 mins), Highbury Islington (<15 mins) and Essex Road (<10 mins) stations. We also have great nearby bus connections to a range of locations. Walking into the city is also super easy and a luxury for work.

Area
Angel is an awesome location, and our street is a 5 minute walk from the canal and Upper Street, Essex Road and Camden Passage areas with lots of shops and restaurants. We’re also a short walk/bus to Kings Cross, Broadway Market, Shoreditch and Coal Drops Yard.

Rent and Bills
The cost of the rent is £1975/mth.

On top of the rent we have gas and electricity (approx £60/mth) water (approx £60/mth) council tax (£140/mth) and WiFi (£26/mth).

Lease
We rent from a private landlord who owns the place and is really relaxed. You would jointly take over the lease which currently lasts until September 2021.

The place is available from the 18th January 2021.
