We have a lovely double bedroom with own bathroom in a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom flat available.

The new lease starts on 5th April but can be flexible to an earlier move in date.

The house is in a great location with 10 minutes walk to either Angel, Dalston, or Highbury and Islington.

The house is fully furnished, has a separate living and dining area, and also has a large outdoor terrace with table and chairs which is perfect for the summer months.

The room itself is a small sized double bedroom but enough room for a desk. Comes with a bed, bedside table and draws. There is a large waredrobe in the hallway dedicated to this room and exclusive use of the main bathroom with bath.

Flatmates;
Staying in the flat are an Irish and a Aussie girl in late twenties/early thirties. Both really chilled and friendly, live pretty busy lives. We are looking for a third person to join who wants a home and will take pride in the home.

Bills come to around £100-120 a month depending on the season
