Seeking someone to fill a double room in my two bed flat in Angel. Three minute walk to the station, situated in a very quiet block of flats on Pentonville Road.
Flat has a shared large living room, kitchen (with dishwasher) and bathroom (with shower and bath).
Move in date is flexible from between 21st feb - 5th March. Rent is due on the first of each month. Bills are separate, and come to approximately £150 per month.
The room comes furnished with a bed and mattress only - the Tennant who is leaving is looking to sell the wardrobe pictured for £300 (negotiable).
The living room is spacious and currently set up to accommodate two people working from home in, as well as having a sofa for downtime in the evenings/weekends. If you move in there's space for you to set your workstation in the living room and the second bookshelf will be emptied for additional storage space for you to utilise.

- Ideally you are someone who is clean & tidy, professional or academic who wants to find somewhere they can truly call home.
- LGBTQ/Sobriety friendly.
- Our landlord is very laidback and has given us permission to paint the walls/hang pictures so long as we repaint/fill holes at the end of the tenancy.
- Landlord is also open to us having pets in the flat - so if you have a cat or other small floof (the flat is too small for a dog) this could be your perfect fit!
