Double bedroom overlooking patio in friendly house

Great location close to Upper Street, Chapel Market, and Regents canal. Angel station is just a 5 minute walk away.

The house is on a quiet tree lined street with friendly neighbours. We’re blessed to have a small private patio which backs onto a communal garden shared by the surrounding houses.

The room is available now.

There’s a desk in the room if working from home. Two of us are working between the office and home, and one is working from home until next year.

Bills come to about £100 a month. We have a cleaner who comes once every two weeks.

We enjoy spending time together as a house when we can, with pub quizzes, summer BBQ’s, or a day trip to the beach.

A little about the current house…

Scott – Accountant from the UK. Enjoys non-quarantine travel, hiked the Coast to Coast path last year, resident cook for house meals and baked goods.

Alex – Lawyer from New Zealand. Recently cycled across Scotland and Wales, attempted to watch every James Bond film during lockdown.

Darryn – Analyst from South Africa. Falafel king and guitarist. Can be found at Hamstead Heath or cooking on the BBQ.
