I have one room to rent in a house in Angel. This is a great location close to the cafes and tube. The room is 1000pcm excluding gas, electric and water (bills roughly 60 pounds - gas, elec and water only) on the first floor, I live on the top floor . The bathroom is shared on the first floor. There is a shared kitchen and lounge on the lower ground floor with a wonderful conservatory and garden to the back. There is a very quiet house hold living in the house. Including me is a young guy that works in finance (26) also living in the house. There is a shower on the top floor for use .
