The flat:
Located just walking distance from numerous tube station and bus link located on the doorstep, it’s a convenient location for getting getting around Central London.

The requirements :
Four weeks security deposit
Passport / ID
Proof of most recent tenancy agreement
References (a former landlady/landlord/flat mate)

My ideal flat mate would be someone that’s clean and tidy, respectful of shared spaces. Someone who likes sharing the occasional meal, but equally comfortable in their own space. There is no shared living room, can be explained further
