The flat has a cozy feel and is modernly furnished with planting spread out. There is a spacious kitchen and equally large living/dining room that extends towards a balcony. A small WC is on the ground floor and a main bathroom with a bath/shower upstairs.

Comes fully furnished with white goods and more, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge has two comfy sofas and boasts a discreet large screen projector for movie nights.

Double bedroom, fully furnished with bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

• HOUSEMATES
The current flatmates are an Architect, Andrei, who has lived there for the past 7 years, his partner, Joanne, working in the Design Magazine industry and a law-student (+ amazing cook), Sandy who lived there for the past 10 years. We both equally enjoy our quiet time or catching up for a dinner, movie night or a drink. We're just looking for a flatmate that can make the place feel like a home. ❤️

• BILLS & DEPOSIT
Deposit will be one month's rent. Bills are around 110-130£ each, depending on energy use through the year, and includes all expenses: Energy, Council tax and High-Speed Fibre Internet.

• TRANSPORT
A short 10-15 minute walk from either Kings Cross station or Angel station. Also a few steps away from Regent's canal :)

• T&Cs
The landlord will require a job reference. Unfortunately, we are not looking for students, people that have not started their job yet or just moving in London. Very sorry!
