Looking for a friendly face to takeover my room in a lovely house share in Islington.
The four storey town house is airy, light and has a very spacious living room, kitchen, and study area. We have a small patio garden with a BBQ.
The house is on a quiet leafy street near the Regents Canal, just a 5-minute walk from Angel tube station and Upper Street's shops, pubs & cafes.
The large room has a king-sized bed with loads of storage. It has south and noth-facing windows, so it benefits from a lot of lovely natural light!
Housemates: Alice& Ilia, early 30s, very laid back, enjoy cooking, socialising, and being active. Occasionally WFH but mostly office based.
We are looking for a new housemate around 28-35, who is friendly, tidy, and considerate. Someone who will enjoy sharing a meal and drinking wine from time to time but who is also independent.
You would have the option to rent until March 2023 or August 2023, with an opportunity to extend beyond that. Rent includes council tax but not utilities. Deposit is one month's rent. (Our landlord requires a letter of employment & landlord reference to add you to the contract).
