We have the largest room in a 5 bedroom, 2 bathrooms house in Angel that will be available from 3 Aug.
Rent is £1,460 per month, including council tax, water and energy bills.

Bright first-floor room with two large windows providing plenty of natural light.

The room is furnished with a double bed, drawers, bedside table, wardrobe and clothes rail.

🏠 The House

The house features an open floor plan living room and kitchen with plenty of storage, the usual appliances and a very large fridge and freezer. There are two spacious bathrooms shared between the house.

We also have a private courtyard and garden, perfect for summer BBQs or anyone who enjoys gardening.

There is a separate washing machine and tumble dryer, making laundry easy year-round.

We have a cleaner (£45) that comes around once a week and we take turns paying her directly.

You’ll be living with four young professionals from a mix of backgrounds (George & Ed - British, James - Canadian and Nikol - Kazakhstani).

We’re a sociable household that enjoys spending time together from time to time, while also respecting each other’s space and busy schedules.
