We have a large, bright room available in our lovely home in Angel / Barnsbury / Kings Cross.
It’s a spacious and comfortable house (with 2 bathrooms and plenty of storage) with a great atmosphere, a genuinely lovely and responsive landlord, and a location that’s hard to beat.

We are looking for a FEMALE to maintain a balance within the house.

Rent & Bills
Rent: £1,410 PCM
Energy bills: £50 PCM (on account, paid directly to the landlord)
Council tax & internet: included in the rent
Weekly cleaner: £45 (shared on rotation between housemates, ie you’ll pay once every 5 weeks)

Large, bright first-floor room with two large windows at opposite ends providing plenty of natural light. The room comes furnished with a double bed, drawers, bedside table, wardrobe and clothes rail.

🏠 The House
The house has a large open-plan living room and kitchen, fully equipped and has plenty of storage space. We also have a separate washer and dryer, making laundry easy year-round.
One of the best features (particularly in summer) is the private and spacious patio garden, perfect in summer for barbecues, dinner parties, pre-drinks or simply relaxing / sunbathing outside.

The house is in a fantastic location in Angel, with great connections and plenty to do nearby.
15-minute walk to Angel Station.
15-minute walk to King’s Cross St Pancras.
10-minute walk to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury Overground.

You’ll be living with four young professionals from a mix of backgrounds (2 Brits, a Canadian and a Kazakhstani) who have lived in london for a while now.

The house has a really nice balance - everyone has their own routines and social lives, but we occasionally share a drink, a walk or a relaxed catch-up about the weekend’s adventures. It’s a friendly, respectful home rather than just a place to crash.
