Large double room in modern house share

We are three friendly working professionals looking for a new housemate to share our house with in Angel.

Room is available ASAP!

The house is relatively newly renovated over four floors. It has a big roof terrace with nice views and a separate living area with kitchen. We have recently furnished the deck with a table and chairs, a bbq, a sofa and outdoor umbrella which is perfect during summer.

What's on offer is a large, light bedroom with a double bed, a desk, chest of drawers and space for more storage, and a shared bathroom with one other person (Yasmin). We also have a big living room with a dining and kitchen area (great cooker, oven and dishwasher to make everyone's lives easier). The place is decorated with wooden floors, white walls and lots of light.

The room is located on the third floor.

The house is very central - walking distance to the City and West End, on a quiet street off Goswell Road. It is a 5 minute walk to Angel tube station (if that), 7 minutes to Old Street and 10 minutes to Farringdon and Kings Cross.

We are close to the restaurants, coffee shops, bars and supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsburys, Tesco, Iceland and specialist providers) of Islington and Clerkenwell.

We are looking for a professional roomate (or may consider a mature student). We respect each others space and all have our own lives but are happy to spend time together. We also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight on a Wednesday and otherwise split the bills equally and come to roughly £140 each per month.

We all do our best to keep on top of the house cleanliness, and we're looking for somebody who will do the same. We aren't OTT about cleaning up, however, no drastically untidy people need apply. We’re a sociable house but we respect each others space.

It's worth mentioning your contract will be direct with our landlord and you won't need to deal with an agency. The contract agreement is for the room and not for the entire house.

Finally, there is also free parking right in front of the house.
