Angel - Looking For A Housemate

Hey guys, I’m looking for someone (no couples) to join me in a furnished apartment in Chronicle Tower from 1 August. The apartment is 2 bed, 2 bathroom. The two single beds pictured will not be there so you will need to provide your own bed. This room does not have an ensuite but you will have your own bathroom.

The property has fantastic skyline views and plenty of living space. The building has a 24 hour concierge, resident gym and spa area which includes a 10m swimming pool and a residents lounge on the 1st floor.

The landlord has also generously arranged for a weekly cleaner free of charge.

Note that this is not a sublet and any housemate will need to join the lease as a co-tenant. This will include a mandatory background / reference check from a third party.

Everything will be split 50:50. Total rent is £3,750 per calendar month plus council taxes, utilities etc. Bond is 5 weeks rent (£4,326.92).

About me: I’m Will, a 27 year old working in insurance. I moved to London a year ago from Melbourne, where I worked for a couple of years in investment banking. I enjoy running, yoga and going out in my spare time. I’m not much of a cook so very rarely use the kitchen.

Would be great to find someone about my age who’s sociable and clean!
