Room in lovely flat in amazing location

I have a double room available in my lovely 2 bed flat less than a minute walk from Angel station. It is south facing (so almost always sunny and warm) and has a small balcony.

The flat is in a secure block and is ideal location for anyone needing to be in the City or Central London (10-15 mins on tube, 20-35 mins on bus or 30-45 mins walk). Kings Cross station is also 1 tube stop or a 15 min walk for those commuting from further away.

In terms of availability the preference is for a recurring commitment for the full week, but am flexible on the number of nights (which would be £75 per night on an ad hoc basis). Bills are about £100pm but can be included depending on how long you're staying.

The room itself comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sofa (which can be removed for extra space). The flat has pretty much everything you need - large TV with Netflix, Prime, BT Sports, Disney etc., well equipped kitchen with gas hob, full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom would be shared , however there is a cleaner who comes once a week and would be included in the cost.

The flatmate needs to be someone relaxed who is happy to mainly do their own thing as I alternate between working from home and in the office so my hours can vary on daily basis.

I'd expect this would probably suit someone who is having to regularly come into to London for work and would like somewhere more welcoming and cheaper than a hotel.
