Double bedroom available in 2-bed Angel flat

Looking for a flatmate to join the 2-bed 1-bath apt I've been living in for the last year, as my current flatmate is moving in with his gf. The flat is in the heart of Angel, on a quiet street just off of Islington Green and a 5 minute walk from the tube station. The flat is really nice and light, fully furnished and with a huge garden out back (Also ik the pictures don’t really do it justice, I have vids that are more accurate that I can send if interested!).

I work in sustainability near London Bridge but work from home most of the week (3-4 days). Ideally looking for someone who works mostly out of the house because the bedrooms don't have desks and it might get crowded with 2 people working in the living room. The room is available from until Sept. 21 for now (that is when my current lease is up) but there is potential to renew so we can play it by ear if necessary.
